The clients requested a renovation of their building from both a structural and energy perspective, aiming to improve the building’s efficiency (reducing consumption and achieving economic savings) and to access building incentives.

3FACE conducted a cost-optimal study according to UNI EN 15459 on the condominium to determine which combination of interventions would provide the best balance between energy savings and overall cost.

Taking into account the clients’ specific preferences, different scenarios were evaluated in the cost-optimal analysis.

After analyzing the reference energy parameters and overall costs, the solution included the following interventions: external thermal insulation of vertical partitions and roof insulation, photovoltaic system installation, and electric vehicle charging stations.
