Borgo Lanciano Hotel

For the renovation and expansion of the Borgo Lanciano relais in the heart of the Marche region, we managed the design and implementation of both electrical and mechanical systems.

In general, the system proposals carefully considered innovative technologies suitable for hospitality buildings.

Flexibility and reconfigurability were defined as primary objectives, allowing complete internal rearrangement, particularly regarding room layouts and accessory spaces.

We also conducted an energy analysis, taking into account current trends in building systems, to evaluate the building’s energy consumption structure, identify major sources and uses, and highlight areas for potential waste reduction and optimization.
