Borgo Lanciano

For the renovation and expansion of the four-star Borgo Lanciano relais in the heart of the Marche region, we managed the design and implementation of both electrical and mechanical systems.

The systems design carefully considered innovative technologies suitable for hospitality buildings.

We conducted an energy analysis, taking into account technological innovations tailored to the building’s characteristics, in order to optimize energy consumption and related costs.

Additionally, we analyzed building incentives related to the hospitality sector to identify potential benefits; once identified, we prepared the ENEA practice to access ecobonus incentives of 50–65%.
