3FACE Engineering carried out the renovation works with a change of use to create a student residence accommodating up to 55 beds, located near the historic city walls of Bologna.
3FACE was responsible for construction management, supervising both the building systems and structural works involved in the project, as well as safety coordination during both the design phase and actual execution of the works.
