Covivio – via Cernaia

3FACE managed the mechanical and electrical systems upgrade for the office building located on Via Cernaia in Milan.

Following a preliminary energy audit to assess consumption, inefficiencies, and optimization potential, the new systems design was developed in accordance with the audit findings, positioning terminal elements according to the planning grid.

This approach ensures maximum flexibility for space rearrangements while meeting operational requirements.

Diversified systems were designed for different spatial areas, following principles of modularity, flexibility, functional and performance expandability of the adopted technologies.

The project included the implementation of electrical systems, general and emergency lighting, data network, fire detection, sound diffusion, CCTV, video intercom, evacuation systems, photovoltaic system, HVAC, air renewal, plumbing, active fire protection, and irrigation systems.

The project achieved LEED 2009 for Core and Shell, Platinum level certification.
