Vision

3FACE Engineering Srl was founded by Ivano Bressan and Filippo Tonon with the aim of providing engineering services to clients and architectural firms. Thanks to the historical connection with Eng.

Renato Zanatta, our Technical Director, 3FACE develops the engineering branch of the Milan-based company WIP Architetti.

Over the years, the company’s team members have worked on projects including hospitals, churches, museums, schools, and offices, both in Italy and abroad.

Our team

Ivano Bressan

CEO and head of electrical systems and lighting design. Registered with the Order of Industrial Experts of Treviso (No. 901), Ivano has been working in electrical and lighting system design since 2001. His additional specializations in interior design and fire safety allow him to approach and manage projects from multiple perspectives. Besides his role at 3FACE Engineering S.r.l., Ivano Bressan is APIL accredited.

Filippo Tonon

CEO and head of mechanical and energy systems. Registered with the Order of Engineers of Treviso (B98), Filippo has 8 years of experience in mechanical system design and energy practices. He started his career at a thermotechnical company specialized in the healthcare sector, then worked in a technical studio, and after two years as a freelancer, he joined 3FACE Engineering.

Andrea Grani

Technical Director. Civil and structural engineer, registered with the Order of Engineers of Treviso (No. 1744) since 1995, with over 25 years of experience in building and construction design. A graduate of the University of Padua, he has worked on major public and private projects, specializing in seismic retrofitting, energy requalification, and construction management.

Renato Zanatta

Our former Technical Director. Registered with the Order of Engineers of Treviso (A1322), thermotechnical designer, fire safety professional, and ITACA protocol expert since 2014. Renato passed away at the end of 2024, leaving a profound mark on the firm through his expertise, dedication, and humanity.
