Covivio – via Montebello

3FACE managed the mechanical and electrical systems upgrade for the office building located on Via Montebello in Milan.

The project was executed in line with the new internal layout, designed to make the building suitable for leasing to multiple tenants.

Depending on tenant requirements, the different units into which the floors are divided can be combined.

The entire design process followed principles of flexibility and reconfigurability, operational efficiency, expandability, and self-determination.

The upgrade achieved LEED 2009 for Core and Shell, Gold level certification.
